Hey wassup all fellow Sac State Snow Shredders! Hope everyone had a sick summer these past few months and hope everyone is getting pumped up for what is gonna be a super sick winter! Just a reminder our tent will be out on display all throughout this week and next. (M-Th) Come stop by on the way to class and say watsup and be sure to sign up at the tent for a Fall 2010 membership sometime before our first meeting next Thursday. (You can sign up at the meeting next Thursday 9/9 but to save yourself from standing in line, which can get pretty gnarly, it wouldn't hurt to sign up a little earlier).
It's gonna be an awesome year this year! We have alot of fun activities lined up this semester and a trip to Park City which will create lots of good times and memories to hang onto. If you're new to the club this year, please feel free to stop by the tent and get to know us, (joining the club is a cool way to meet a bunch of cool people). Again, our first meeting is Next Thursday 9/9 in the Hinde Auditorium (which is located in the Union) at 7:30pm. Hope to see everyone there!
Were going to Sierra-At-Tahoe's second annual College Co-Ed Shred Day! When you show your student ID @ the ticket window you can get a lift ticket for just $40!!! On top of this killer deal Sierra-At-Tahoe is hosting a boardercross (skiers can compete too!) competition with all kinds of prizes from sponsors like SRSS, Santa Cruz Boardsports, and Ground Zero Boardshop! After the competition head on over to the Pub for an awards ceremony and all sorts of apres ski festivities!
And to make Shred Day even better this year we have some college DJ's keepin it fresh all day long! Come check out The Salty Dog from UC Davis spin some breakbeats, and Erich from Sonoma State bring down the house with some dubstep and reggae!
Its going to be a great Spring Break, start it off right with College Co-Ed Shred Day at Sierra At Tahoe! And as sexy as goggle tans are don't forget that sunscreen!

Come hang out with us this week at Bisla's Sports Bar to watch a premiere of Project X, Shaun White's new snowboard movie. We will be there from 7:30-10:00 this Thursday night hanging out and having a good time. There will be $1 tacos, $2 adult beverages for those of age, and $5 hookah (18+) on the back patio so bring all your friends out with you to watch Shaun White hit this epic new half pipe. THERE WILL BE NO MEETING IN THE HINDE AUDITORIUM THIS WEEK SO GO STRAIGHT TO BISLA'S!! If you still need to register for the club see Matt when you get there.
